It's been two weeks since I ordered my Contact Lenses via 1800CONTACTS.com and I hadn't received them yet. I began to worry; so I emailed them about my order. About an hour or so later I get a response from a customer service rep named Rebekah.

She starts the email with a sorry about the delay and then she explains that the package has been returned to them. She said she would resend the package via Fedex Overnight. After further investigation, I noticed that I had given them the wrong address to begin with. Even though it was my mistake (and I told them so), they have shipped my product overnight at their expense to a different address I gave them. Now that's good customer service!

From where do you think I'll order my contact lenses in the future? You guessed it; 1-800-CONTACTS.COM.
