Well, my day job is creating websites so for 40 hours a week, I work on website. I think that qualifies me as a web master :)
 Currently, I work at Basement Systems, Inc (a basement waterproofing contractor network) with 14 more people in the web department on http://www.basementsystems.com/ and 80 dealer websites. Our main job function is to generate leads through the website. We focus on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and conversion. Building a website is the easy part, but to convert visitors into buyers is the hard part. With intensive research and testing, we are one of the best web teams in the Home Improvement Industry.
